Kaitlin Bressler, Associate
As an associate for HCM Strategists’ postsecondary policy team, Kaitlin Bressler is dedicated to increasing access to higher education with data-backed solutions, particularly through the expansion of multiple pathways and alternative approaches that recognize the changing demographics of postsecondary students. She specializes in research, data analysis and project management, and is recognized by her colleagues for her ability to adapt and tailor her strategic guidance based on the needs of various clients, stakeholders and state legislatures.
Prior to joining HCM, Kaitlin served as an officer in the U.S. Army where she completed tours in South Korea and Afghanistan. These experiences stoked Kaitlin’s interest in the multitude of avenues available to advance sound domestic and foreign policy, and led to her earning a master’s degree in international studies from the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of International Studies.
Kaitlin received a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and lives in Colorado Springs, CO with her fiancé and their cat Freda. She enjoys yoga and skiing in her spare time.
