As a first generation college student who benefited from federal support services such as Upward Bound, Pell grants, SEOG and work study as well as institutional resources, I am committed to insuring that other learners have the same benefits and opportunities to reach their goals. My passion and purpose everyday is to advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves. Our policies and practices at all levels should provide for access, opportunity and success for all.
