I wanted to work for an organization with a rich history, deeply rooted in effecting change for those who need someone to advocate for them. HCM Strategist is not only a successful company, but a company with a heartbeat and that aligns with my core desire to help and contribute something meaningful to society. If I can play any part in effective change, I will be happy.
As the HCM office manager, Angel Williams has over 15 years of experience working as an administrative professional. In addition to office management, she provides administrative support for HCM’s partners and staff. Her duties include vendor negotiations, facility management, process development and implementation, as well as assisting partners with scheduling, expenses and other administrative support tasks.
Angel has spent the last five years as an administrative professional and office manager for growing organizations before joining HCM. Most recently, she managed two D.C offices and provided executive assistant support at a prominent public relations firm. Angel prides herself on ensuring that the office environment and systems she manages work effectively and efficiently. At HCM Angel works to not only manage the office but to support the administrative staff so that they have the tools they need to be successful.
Angel was born in Dover, Delaware but traveled the U.S and abroad as the daughter of an Army veteran. Angel enjoys Vegan cooking, reading a good book, and listening to great music. She is a mother of two beautiful children, one of which is a Type 1 diabetes warrior.
Angel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ashford University.
