As an executive assistant at HCM Strategists, Chante Diggs supports Terrell Halaska and Michael Manganiello as well as other high-level team members on both the health innovation and K-12 teams.
Passionate about people, she contributes to and supports the success of the HCM team by coordinating travel arrangements for the partners, as well as ensuring that the day-to-day scheduling needs for both the health and K-12 teams is handled efficiently and in a timely way. Chante also supports the management of HCM’s D.C-based office by overseeing inventory and fielding a variety of requests to ensure the office is running smoothly.
Bringing in 11 years of experience in executive assistance and human resources, Chante has previously worked for the Department of Commerce, as well as in for- profit and nonprofit environments. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in human resources management at University of Maryland University College and will graduate in December.
Chante is the mother of four children: one daughter and three sons. She loves spending time with her family and traveling. Between caring for her family and her work, she’s been known to pick up a book now and again, when she has the time.
