More than a year ago, in the middle of a global pandemic and civil unrest, we decided it was time for an organizational reset and a renewed commitment to our work.
Over the past year, we have been quietly reassessing our organizational values; reaffirming our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in both our work and company culture; and reflecting on the collective impact of our client initiatives since our founding in 2008. Now as we enter our 15th year, we do so with a renewed commitment to our work and our clients. HCM Strategists has always been an impact-driven consulting firm that believes in the transformative power of education to improve social and economic mobility.
We have channeled all of this growth into something big that we’ve been working on behind the scenes: today, we are thrilled to unveil our refreshed brand + website! Our website is our virtual home—our platform of everything we stand for, believe in, and represent.We purposely placed our company values front and center, and most importantly, it highlights the two most important aspects of our firm: our team of policy experts and their work on behalf of our outstanding clients. We aim to be practical problem solvers who contribute to meaningful and equitable change for communities who are underserved by our education systems. And we are proud to partner with clients and organizations that are shaping the national narrative and driving change transforming our educational systems to be more accessible, affordable, accountable, and equitable. We want to thank you for your partnership over the years.
