Katie Lynne Morton
DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CLIENT RELATIONS
Katie Lynne Morton oversees the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives that improve our client servicing efficiency, and is responsible for the development and oversight of HCM’s project management processes. Prior to this role, she served as a project administrator with HCM’s postsecondary policy team, providing project management support across a number of clients. She has provided writing and data collection support for multiple clients, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Lumina Foundation, and provided administrative and operations assistance to senior-level team members.
Katie Lynne developed her passion for education over years spent working with children in various capacities. Prior to joining HCM, she worked as a coordinator of several youth programs before pursuing an elementary teaching certification. Katie Lynne earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from the College of St. Rose in Albany, New York.
Katie Lynne resides in Delmar, New York where she enjoys bowling, photography and cheering on the Boston Red Sox. She spends her free time serving as a Board of Trustees member for her church and volunteering in many capacities for the church’s mission program.
