Celebrating the Promotion of Dr. Kelley Ditzel to Senior Advisor
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Dr. Kelley Ditzel to Senior Adviser at HCM Strategists. Since joining us as a senior affiliate, she has strengthened our firm’s ability to serve clients through her deep commitment to increasing degree completion among underserved populations, including students of color, those from rural communities, and others facing systemic barriers to higher education. Kelley has played a key role in client initiatives and advocacy efforts aimed at expanding opportunities for underserved populations. She has played a key role in developing a range of reports and policy playbooks for some of HCM’s most significant initiatives, providing state and federal policymakers with critical insights and guidance.
As Senior Advisor, Kelley will continue to provide thought leadership on several of HCM’s most impactful initiatives. She will play a central role in crafting thoughtful recommendations that equip state policymakers, institutional leaders, and community stakeholders with the insights and strategies needed to transform postsecondary systems. Her vision will help propel HCM’s mission forward as she collaborates with partners across the country to expand access and opportunity.
